MIAMI (CBSMiami) —  Congressman Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Tim Canova have agreed to a one-hour debate — in one of the most highly anticipated primary elections in the country.

It’s the race for the 23rd congressional district seat and on Sunday both opponents will voice their policies, grievances and solutions.

The place to catch their only scheduled debate, is on a special one-hour, live edition of Facing South Florida with Jim DeFede.

On Wednesday, Wasserman Schultz agreed to debate Canova – releasing a tweet.

This past Sunday, Canova appeared on the show and said he would like to debate Wasserman Schultz.

On Wednesday night, Canova tweeted out in response to Wasserman Schultz.

The debate can be seen live on Sunday at 8:00 a.m. on CBS4, on cbsmiami.com or on our Facebook page.
